Our Mission
We created Street-DNA to support underserved middle and high school student-athletes by providing access to resources, exposure, mentorship, and financial support. Our mission is simple: to empower every athlete with the tools and guidance to turn their passion into opportunity, whether that is earning a college scholarship, pursuing a professional career, or growing into a confident leader both on and off the courts.

OUR GOAL – To impact the lives of over 1,000 student-athletes by 2027, helping them chase their dreams, change the trajectory of their lives, and build a legacy for generations to come.
Our Story
Turning Dreams into Reality
Street-DNA is a nonprofit organization 501(c)(3) founded in 2025 by Danny Brown, a nationally recognized leader in player development with more than 100+ student-athletes placed into college programs — including Division I and Ivy League institutions.
Danny’s experience as a championship-winning coach and his passion for empowering young athletes fuel Street-DNA’s daily mission.
His track record includes:
- 2018 NJ.com New Jersey Coach of the Year
- 2018 USA TODAY New Jersey Coach of the Year
- 3x State Group Champion (2018, 2019, 2020)
- 7x Bergen County Champion (2016-2023)

The New Jersery Panthers (NJ Panthers) teams are both individually and corporately sponsored teams created to help student-athletes maximize their athletic and academic potential and gain exposure to college and university program coaches and recruiters.
By donations and efforts through Street-DNA, every student-athlete is offered:

How Sponsorships Help
The true cost of participation in the sponsored AAU league circuit is approximately $10,000 per player for each season. Through Street-DNA sponsorships, we can personalize this opportunity to fit every family’s budget — making the college exposure journey affordable, while providing gear, tournament entries, coaching, lodging (for exposure tournaments, camps, events, college visits), and more.
At SportifyU, we specialize in helping student-athletes connect with college programs that match their skills, academics, and career goals.
Every student-athlete receives:
- Real-time digital player-profile, including setup, training, site maintenance and program upgrades.
- Personalized guidance throughout the recruiting process, from managing various offers, grants, and scholarships to full commitment and signing day.
- Exposure to college coaches and recruiters nationwide, including daily updated contact information.

The actual cost of participation in the SportifyU recruiting platform is approximately $4,000 per year, per athlete.
Through Street-DNA sponsorships, we can this membership affordable to each student-athlete — which includes immediate access to the student-athlete’s training, playing, education and employment records. Each student-athlete tied to a Street-DNA Athletic Achievement Wallet™ has instant accessibility to their lifetime career paths. This enables them to promote their skills, portfolio of athletic participation, and work experience, finding various career pathways to suitable player roles and employment opportunities. The wallet is data-rich and verifiable, providing a more holistic and trustworthy overview of an athlete or potential employee.
